Security patrolling reporting with Trikker Service
Reporting information from guards on the field, is needed on many levels of security services. In addition of work force management and reporting for customers, real-time reporting information from the aptrolling personnel will e.g. increase safety of the work. In addition the legislation may require that reporting information is collected and stored. Furthermore e-reporting is perhaps the only way to find reporting information, if "who visited and what time" questions are posed years after the actual date.
Trikker Service offers the solution for fast and easy reporting. Guards can collect accurate information at customer sites without impact to the actual patrolling work. Reporting can be followed in real-time by supervisors. In addition search features allow to collect report lists of longer time periods, including e.g. information of particular customer or site.
Case Turvatiimi
Turvatiimi Oyj took Trikker Service in use back in summer 2005 as patrolling guards' route monitoring and reporting system. The guards carry RFId/NFC enabled mobile phones, which they use to touch reporting tags at customer sites. Alarm center gets reporting information 24/7 about routes that guards are performing as well as if there are any special events or actions to report. The system has replaced traditional "guard clock". New system give possiblity to follow reporting with web browser regardless the time or place.
Reporting information of mobile patrolling can be also forwarded to customers via TurvaEXTRA. TurvaEXTRA extra net is one of Turvatiimi's modern value added services.
